Pondering...

I've thought a lot lately about what it will be like to see Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ and stand in their presence. I went to an Easter Cantana production that my Aunt's stake put on tonight of Savior of the World and I was so edified! I am so grateful for Christ's atonement for me and all that he suffered for me. I am forever indebted to him!! It was a great experience and I'm glad we decided to go! The video below is one that I love tons and the song goes well with everything!

The General Young Womens Broadcast

Today was one of the most amazing nights ever!!! We had the General Young Women's broadcast. Our stake got tickets this year...so, everything started with a dinner in which some young men from the stake served us...they were so cute all dressed up and they were so sweet! They dinner was absolutely delicious!! It consisted of green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy with pork and for desert.....CHOCOLATE brownies topped with M&M's!! lol! Also there for us was a gift with M&M's and the theme for the Broadcast! Then we headed down to Salt Lake. The broadcast was AMAZING! The General Young Women's leaders spoke about Virtue and then President Monson spoke about courage. It was all so inspiring and stuff that I needed to hear right now in my life. I was extremely edifyied spiritually and physically today! :) I seriously can't wait until General Confrence!! It's going to be so amazing!!! It's sad though because I won't be able to watch it Live because I'll be in Washington D.C. but as soon as I get home I'm going to watch it!! Can't wait!!

I just wanted to pay tribute to this dearly loved teacher from Ben Lomond High School who passed away last March 13th from a heart attack! The last school that he taught at was Ogden High but his heart always belonged to BL. He was a very treasured and loved teacher! He did so much to help the students learn. He knew his stuff and made it pretty fun! He loved his students and made it known! He was an extremely amazing guy and will be greatly missed! We love you Mr. Wilder!!!!

So, for the past little over a year we've endured construction of a new school! The first phase is finally complete!!! Here are some pictures and more soon to come and the finished product and demolition for phase 2!
